    Very decent Hikvision Bullet IP camera

    Hikvision Bullet IP camera. This is the second Hikvision camera I've purchased. I think it's a very good camera, though in my opinion, the Acusense capability is somewhat overrated. I really don't like the setup software -- very unintuitive and has required a lot of experimentation to get good surveillance results. Seems like the Acusense very much prefers to filter out anything that's not a human or a vehicle. I'd actually like to see the deer! The other issue for my application is focal length. I've mounted this camera about 200 feet from where the newspaper get dropped every morning. Newspaper at 200 feet is pretty hard to make out.
