What I didn't love was the nightmare of UPS screwing up my shipment; spoke to and argued with 7 people from 2/10 until it finally arrived today, 2/19/26 THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE SHIPPER. They kept saying I refused the package (NOT TRUE). 2 of their agents told me I had to contact the shipper to get permission from the shipper (???) to have package re-delivered.
