And we include them within a purchase of a gift set that includes each of our clean, food based, handcrafted soaps and lip balms.

So i requested a new bag be sent in a box or card board tube.. As soon as I realized that his explanation was a typo, I immediately refunded and offered to resend a full 5 pounds for FREE. problem solved
