    10" meat slicer.

    Works well. RPM of blade is sufficient. Cuts even wether thick or thin. Clean up is easy, would like to see an easy way of taking the forward blade guard off for a more complete way to clean.

    Works

    I bought this to slice smoked meat like bacon. It does work and appears to be well built. There is not a lot of detail in the instruction book and you can tell it is made in China. The instructions are not in good English. My two dislikes are 1) the deck that holds you product to cut is small. I can only hold a product about 4.5 inches wide. That makes it hard when slicing bacon. 2) It is a little difficult to take apart and clean. The instructions just say to clean with warm soap and water but not how to take it apart so you can clean everywhere. I am very curious about getting everything clean to prevent food contamination.

    Good Slicer for Home use

    The slicer works well, and I would suggest an experienced user. The unit needs to be broken down for proper cleaning after each use. The food stopping board is thin and therefore needs the position fixing screw to be adjusted for changes in thickness. Ive not seen a unit with one of these before this one. Lightweight makes it easy to move and store. Food Carrier Pressing Board could be closer to cutting surface for less waste (end cut). The stem of the grinding wheel assembly was not square to the blade and needed to be adjusted. If I had used it without checking, I would've ruined the blade (experienced user) I'm a bit of a Perfectionist, and perhaps more critique than most, but overall satisfied with the job performance. U get what U pay for, and this machine is inexpensive for what it ...

    You get what you pay for.

    It’s on the smaller side. Way smaller then I thought it would be. But none the less it does work. Works well, but after cleaning it to use it noticed that it sounds like the gears were grinding bad and then it popped and started working. All in all possible user error but not bad for what you pay. Would geta bigger one tho for sure. Spend the extra 50 for a bigger and better one.
