He relisted for 40$ more as a start bid price, I contacted him about the cancellation and a possible offer, and he didn't respond to me for days. Eventually he accepted an offer, said he would ship the next day, increased the shipping without notice, and three days after he said he would ship I got a notification saying it was canceled again and he's turned off messages regarding the purchase-Terrible experience
