    After two weeks with no notification of the item being sent, I tried contacting the seller twice - no reply. Looking at his profile closely, it seems he hasn't actually fulfilled any orders for about a year, so I can only assume he no longer sells and that this account is dead and the listings are set on auto-renew. So my advise is not to try to buy anything from this seller.....
