    Youtube has videos on how to check it with a multimeter. You can check to see if it's bad or not before ordering.

    At first I thought it was my bearings so I changed them out . It wasn't them still made a awful noise. So then I changed the rotor hub because it sounded like it was slipping ,yet again that wasn't the problem. So after much more research some people said that it was the position sensor. Since I had was out of ideas and it was extremely cheap I decided to give it a try and that's exactly what was wrong with it ! Now it works like it should and since the other parts are already changed out it should last another 10+ years.
