It arrived in only a few days. Assembly was pretty straightforward but did require drilling into the truck. The tie downs that "lock" into the tailgate latch may not be very effective but overall I am happy wiht this purchase.

Just think ahead 2 assembly steps to keep from taking it apart and doing something you for forgot Take your time and do not get too worried as it all goes together exactly as pictured though instruction as basic at best. you may have to turn a piece or two upside down to make the correct fit. Don't assemble and then remember the hold down straps. You have to take it mostly apart to put the critters on.
