When I asked for a refund they tried to refund me $11 and let me keep the item (only worth $40) and tried 2 more times to make some sort of deal. I went ahead and started the refund process, sent them the item in a box, and they claim they did not receive it, and they only got an empty envelope. I sent the seat covers back in a box. There response was they only wanted to give me 20.00 dollars for a refund. Mind you i paid 84.00 for the seat covers.
