A small styrofoam cooler was included, as well as a cool pack for the warm weather. 2 shrimp were DOA, and a 3rd unfortunately perished before they made it to my tank, although this was my fault for the approximate 3 hour gap between them being brought indoors and being unpacked/acclimated. I was happy to notice 4 tiny baby shrimp hiding in the bag additionally, so losses were minimal. Shrimp color and form is good. Would order again!

The 2nd time the shrimp arrived i ordered 10+1 shrimp, the package arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I noticed that there were only 8 shrimp and 2 were dead. I took a few pics and required and contacted the seller. They promptly emailed me back and sent me a partial refund. I would 100% recommend this seller, for the quality of the product and their great service.
