    We already have told the buyer during the purchase that it will take 10 days to ship. And as agreed we shipped it at the 10th day. How ever Customer is from Overseas and it takes time to clear the customs. We have no control over foreign customs and there clearing time. Why leave Negative feedback when it was not our fault.
