    The sewing machine arrived as shown in the photos, with the exception of a crack in the case. The shipping box was battered, & there was space in the box for the machine (inside the case) to move around, so I'm sure that's how the case was damaged. The machine itself (the most important part) was wrapped very well in bubble wrap; the case will spend most of its life in a closet. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, the seller's great communication, & his quick shipping. Thank you!
