I opened it up and was super excited - this was the beautiful powerful machine with a gorgeous screen that rocked games and projects and was exactly what I wanted…for about 4 days. That was the first time I took it off charge and discovered I got about 3 hours…surfing the web and using word with power saver mode on. Then the screen issue started - the keyboard comes on and the screen stays blank and I have a beautiful brick.

But otherwise, the laptop looks brand new. Shipping was super fast (received 5 days after placing order) , and the value of this refurbished unit vs a new one is just crazy. The laptop came out of the box feeling like an iceberg and that worried me but after plugging in the power cable it booted right up with no screen or performance issues from my observation. I bought this primarily to play cyberpunk and rtx games similar at close to max settings and was also using a meta quest 3 with steam link to try half life alyx. Both of those ran perfect.
