    Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Tea

    After reading a lot on the benefits of raw apple cider vinegar I decided to buy some and consume it in a tea. Four ounces of hot water, a table spoon of vinegar and a tablespoon of honey (raw) and it becomes very palatable. I'm aching less already and my appetite has decreased. I don't see myself stopping the drinking of this anytime soon or ever.

    Yo nunca había probado en Vinagre de Cidra de Manzana, y la verdad es muy delicioso mezclado con agua y miel. Yo lo tomo antes del desayuno y me hace muy bien, me regula el ph, ya que padezco de acidez estomacal y esto me ayuda y me siento con mas energía. Lo recomiendo mucho. En vez de tomar anti-ácidos que dañan el estomago es mejor tomar el vinagre de cidra de manzana pero que sea orgánico como este.
