Maybe gaming PCs are for the games to be fast. The power cord falls out with any movement of the PC. Can get annoying. Condition I would give 5 stars. It is a refurb, it's expected to not be perfect. Value is okay. This model can be found at higher or lower pricing. Appearance is okay. I have not reached out to the seller but I'm sure they would take care of it. If I ask. But I haven't,, to be fair.

Screen brightness and clarity are awesome. For a refurb item, it looks brand new. Issues with FedEx shipping which is not Acer's fault - said delivery Sat, signature req, waited all day, tracking showed truck 2 streets away, never delivered. FedEx cust svc is worthless AI to get you to give up and go away. UPS is just as bad, USPS is hit or miss. No other options.
