I had never considered buying a refurbished phone before. An agent at my cell phone provider's store suggested it to me when my 7 year old phone was dying. They didn't have a good deal for me at the store currently, so he recommended finding something on ebay that was a year or 2 old instead of going into debt buying brand new. So glad he did and that I found this phone with this seller!

Ive been using it the past three days and honestly the battery is a bit of a disappointment to me, but its not bad. I previously had an s10 that had terrible battery so i really wanted good battery for this one but i digress. They give you a charger but its pretty bad, but better than nothing. Overall very good phone
