Luckily, ebay stepped in and gave us a refund. Thank you ebay! I'll keep my distance from these kinds of sellers. We use the USPS Informed Delivery service. Once mail is in their system, it ends up in your list of incoming mail with an expected delivery date. There is no such package in the queue. Love this service!
