The shipping was longer than expected but it wasn't the sellers fault it was just delayed due to weather conditions. It came in nice packaging and was in perfect condition. I'm considering purchasing a second one because of the ease of headaches it solves. Auto bed and Vibration compensation it's an amazing machine for the price. If your considering purchase it!!!

This printer was purchased for my sons and he is very new to 3d printing as he just started playing around with it in school. I have zero experience with 3d printers and the set up was quick and painless. My son was able to print 2 test prints flawlessly. On the third print there was some kind of clog. After researching was able to clear the clogged and he was able to print a figure he wanted. Great so far and a really cool and fun 3d.
