    Should have gotten the 52 pen set.

    These are a great invention. Wish they had been around years ago. I started with the basic 5 pen primary color set. Then went to the 22 set. Problem is it also contained the 5 basic colors. I have been collecting addition all colors 5 pens at a time to complete full set which is why I stated that I should have bought the full set to begin with as it would have been cheaper in the long run. Being refillable there is no need for second pen of any one color. Some 5 pen sets also contain duplicates. So choose the wisely. Otherwise a fun new way to create artwork.

    Design needs improvement

    The pens are too bulky. and take apart requires to much effort with no where to recap the tops and other parts. The method for color reduction requires wait time. They are very bold in color. I do like that. I will probably pass my set on to someone with more patience.

    Lots of colors

    You can work with a huge variety of shades of a color BUT it takes practice, Do not work on anything special until you have practiced with your pens. They are a little bit of trouble to load but it is a clean process so after a time it will get easier and faster. They are comfortable in your hand and move smoothly.

    Excellent for Artists or anyone that likes to color!

    Purchased for my daughter who is an artist - She loves them! The best markers she's ever owned. I read some reviews that stated they were difficult to use and she completely disagrees with that. She says they're easy to use and take only a little practice. She recommends reading the instructions before use and a little practice. The artwork she's created with these markers is remarkable! I highly recommend for anyone from beginner artist to professional!!

    Great Color Blending

    These markers are great for color blending and easy to use. You can go from light to dark by just going over the same area a couple of times. The brush is one of the best in the market for markers. If you like Copics you will love these markers.
