Seller dragged his feet arranging shipping, and then came back to me telling me he "underpriced" the actual shipping cost and demanded extra money or he would cancel the purchase. Communication is very poor and sporadic despite many attempts to resolve the issue. Doing business with him has been an exercise in frustration - not a good Ebayer and does not seem to be a stand-up or trustworthy individual.
