    This tank sealer is an excellent product and wears like iron without the rust. I had to remove this same product from a botched job previously done, on a vintage VW diesel tank, with fire. That was the only thing that I found to remove it. Follow the directions and you will be happy. The removal process of the previous screwed up application, was a real ordeal and took days. This is some tough stuff. A+

    Exceptional product !!!!

    I've used this tank sealer a couple of times now and the results are exceptional. If you spend some time cleaning out the tank as best you can, prep it with the POR15 chemicals recommended, then apply this sealer, it sets up as tough as nails. The tank will be better than new and bullet proof for years to come. I have 11 Triumph cars and some of the replacement tanks are not too expensive, but the TR7 and TR8 tanks are around $700 each and I have 4 of each so that can get expensive III

    Proven Product

    The POR system works great, but remember, you MUST follow instructions and use the POR cleaner and the metal prep acid for guaranteed results. Otherwise it may fail. I suspect that many users also don't wait the required 96 hours of cure time before filling with fuel. I am confident that this will be a lasting repair.

    Tank sealer

    I used it on my Massey Harris fuel tank, I did sandblast the inside of the tank to remove all rust and old gas residue from the tank and leave a nice surface for the sealer to adhere too. Please be sure there is NO gas fumes in the tank, You must wash it first.

    Did what I needed

    67 Lincoln gas tank, couple of pin holes from hydraulics. Cleaned it out and sealed it up. Easy to use - just have to wait for it to cure.
