So I requested to get a exchange for a new one, I just had to send back the old one, but once they knew it was in the possession of FedEx they sent off the new one, but my experience with the new one has been great so far, and there's barely any big scratches on the new one it's exactly what I ordered. Great customer service

The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
