All the parts were there. Each part in good shape with minor scratches. The required nuts and bolts were attached to the corresponding parts. The process of building the trike was not easy. However, the manufacturer has a video tutorial which helped a lot. You have to pause and replay often but you can see exactly what needs to be done. My wife loves it so good buy.
