    As described, with a few additional flaws

    I would like to preface this review with the fact that, as a college student, I use this tablet as a note-taking device. I cannot comment much on other features/uses besides S-note, mail, functions/apps I love this tablet as a product, but the one I got has/had some questionable features. I'm not sure if the battery life of the 2014 model is supposed to be like mine, but it takes a pretty long time to charge. In fact, I have to turn the tablet off when I charge it because it takes a ridiculous amount of time to charge when it's on. The battery life after being fully charged is convenient for a student if the primary purpose of the tablet is taking notes - since I only use it for a total of (max) 2 hours at a time 0-2 times a day, the battery usually lasts for a few days.

    THIS TABLET ROCKS

    The only thing I could recommend better would be to have 64gb or 128gb memory but beyond that being dictated by budget concerns this tablet is an awesome tool in my tech arsenal. Great screen, quite brisk processor, excellent build quality. I have had this for a almost a month and after setting it up with updates and the apps I require, it makes a perfect travel companion. It is quite a sleek unit although I have it protected with an Otter Box Defender. I can find nothing I don't like about it but I knew that at the purchase because I have been researching these things for years and wouldn't pull the trigger on them until the power and price point were at my convenience level. This item fulfills my needs. I am a power user, tech and guru that uses this for business and pleasure,

    Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition

    Purchased this to use for work - inspections, proposals, email. I've only had it for a weekend, and it appears to have everything I need in spades. I weighed all my options for a note taking tablet, and this one stood out. The S-pen is very responsive, I can jump from app to app with ease, and the picture is great. It's an older product but still a fantastic buy.
