Firstly I ordered on New Years Day. I didn't expect it to get shipped, obviously, for a day or two. Around the 5th or 6th I asked when it would ship. They replied it will go out that day. A shipping label was created. Nothing for that week. Not sure what happened, they put it somewhere it shouldn't have gone. Another inquiry and it finally started moving.
