    This sharpener is dull and doesn’t sharpen to a point. It is a mess to clean and a total waste of money. Very disappointed.

    We're truly sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations and you were not satisfied with your purchase. We wanted to let you know that this sharpener comes in two sizes, regular and jumbo. The one you have purchased is regular size and it works best with hard makeup pencils like eye brow/eye liner pencils. Please refrain from using this size on soft lip pencils. Both has detachable pick for easy cleaning. It is underneath the regular sharpener if you want to use and clean it.
