It is not worth my time or money to return this item. The bottom skein was fine. It was only the brown one which was on top that was affected ( the one with multi colors is fine) . If by chance the seller has another brown skein to send me I would be very happy! Bottom line: to seller - do NOT pack the yarn so tightly! Thank you
