I'd ordered two different monogram frames from the seller and was charged full price for shipping. However, the frames arrived together, wrapped in second hand crepe paper with old wrapping paper as the packing. Half box was completely smashed, as well. I was quite surprised that neither item was damaged. Despite that, it bothered me to be charged so much when they obviously cut corners to save a dime.
