It is possible that I put it together wrong because the direction are really bad. The directions have super tiny pictures and very poor word explanations. There was also no good explanation on YouTube. Finally, I just ignored the directions and figured it out myself. At 5’10” I am almost too tall for it. The neck massager is very poor. I did have a small problem with it, and when I contacted the seller, I was not only given a full refund, but told I did not have to return the pump. It seems for the last few years you can buy two or three of the same item and one of them will come with something wrong with it or not quite as described, but it’s really refreshing to deal with someone that stands behind their products and makes them right. I would definitely buy from the seller again.
