The bottom/rear of the display housing was somewhat dirty or dingy and one of the VESA screw mounts to attach the stand to the display was halfway towards stripped, which was unfortunate. However, it still came together solidly and I have zero complaints about the quality of the screen itself. No noticeable blemishes or scratches, no dead pixels that I can see. Everything works great.
