The packaging arrived in VERY dire shape (53 pounds of metal on the loose will do that), but amazingly, all the parts made it. I think FedEx kindly added some shipping tape along the way. The seller or manufacturer should consider a MUCH stronger rated cardboard, and better (stronger) internal ties than the wimpy plastic zip ties.
