    Picture was not packaged properly and as such, arrived with the glass completely broken. I contacted the seller immediately providing pictures and there was no accountability. I obtained a price to replace the glass and instead of making good, the seller did not respond AT ALL. I would be very wary to purchase from this seller - if there is an issue - you will be stuck

    I always take FULL video of my packing once buyer realized they were caught being dishonest & the post office mishandled (which I also Insured for item for FULL value) I Then filed with ebay on buyer's dishonesty ALL proof & Ebay determined that the artwork was NOT damaged & the client was refunded for a new Frame. It is also noted that I have a FULL message exchange with the client. I would be wary of this buyer as they seem to want items for free & file false claims
