No solution yet. For a 1st gen low serial WM-D6C a screw matters when reselling. Seller offered $70 for it for parts. LoL. I paid all fees and had it returned. I was told to send it back again, but when I asked the best way to return it, I received no response for over a week. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
