There was zero problem with returning the laptop. The return process was easy and fast. Saturday I wrote them, Sunday they said return it very sorry, Monday the return postage was sent. ALL on a holiday weekend. Amazing. It took 2 days for them to complete the refund after they received the laptop. I have already bought a different model from Acer.
