        I have just received the six (6) 811A tubes; order # 08-13043-94543, the package was in good physical condition. The tubes inside are NOT as advertised; i.e. “All 6 have very little use, all in excellent condition!” This is not the case! One tube is broken & plate cap missing (it was packaged that way), The other five are gassy and unusable, some with burnt plates! I would like to request that you credit me with a full refund in the amount of: $114.89, I can return them to you. Thank you ...
