    Very disappointed. The trainers arrived with water damage, where the suede had warped and has clear water marks on the ankles and sides. Definitely didn’t happen in transit, as the packaging was dry. The description section is there for a reason! Why not simply state that the product is flawed, rather than relying on images, that clearly don’t show the full extent of the damage. Instead, the seller states that they’re ’brand new, without box’. Complete waste of money!

    These shoes were brand new from nordstrom rack. Pictures of the exact condition were provided, which shows no "warping or watermarks as claimed." These shoes were never wet. The buyer made this claim 15 days after the shoes were received and said that they just had opened them.
