    Great display, but hard to program

    Great display, but hard to program since button controls are on back of unit and display is on front of unit (cannot see display and button controls at same time). I programmed it in front of a mirror with the display facing the mirror.

    Nice clock

    I had the original Fantazein until it “died” years later. I found this one. It’s a little skimpier but the readout is bright and very readable. The only problem is personalizing the messages was next to impossible to figure out. The other clock was much easier. I realized they weren’t important so I’m content with just the time and date.

    Loud and annoying

    The wand that makes that message hits against the sides and makes a terrible noise. There are instructions in the troubleshooting guide to fix this but none of the suggestions worked. I can't use it.
