      seller clearly very experienced at sending fragile items well packed. cassette deck exactly as shown / described. very pleased with the deck itself and the packing and the speed of dispatch. "Parcel2go" service really made a mess of the delivery which was actually via Royal Mail; not seller's fault, and can't blame Royal Mail, but delivery would have been 4 days sooner without Parcel2Go's hopeless system: seller had paid for 48 hour delivery and deserves a refund from Parcel2go!
