Postal worker's said shippers MUST NOT leave any room for shifting inside the box. After a mug, cookie jar or whatever ceramic or glass item is in motion, it's weight compresses crumpled paper or old bubble wrap. So stuff parcels so item's can't move at all. This seller did just that! This beautiful mug is perfect!
