I let them know that the item is damaged and they corrected the problem very quickly and they are sending me out a replacement. This is a very good seller with great customer service and communication. If you have a problem they will fix it fast. I put just enough oil to cover the top of the basket about 1.5 Lt of oil. I heated the oil to about 230*-240* put 4 small parts of a chicken in the basket, that's about all you can get in it. When I put the basket in the oil it just boiled over the top over everything, what a mess! I closed the top locked down but it just kept pouring out the edges. I turned it off. Had to clean.

I received it and when I opened the box the slot to hold the heating tubes was pulled away from the base and even Duck tape could not have fixed it. I contacted the seller and he assured me not to worry and he would send a replacement. He followed up with a message when it was shipped and I received it. The second one was perfect and included a manual which was missing from the first one. It is definitely a great value for the price I paid. 5* Seller Thanks!
