    I bought a Three Stooges Watch listed as brand new in box with tags. Upon arrival I knew right away it was obviously used. The band was well worn & the watch had scratches. Back plate notch was damaged from someone using the wrong tool & unable to swap out battery. Seller claimed he thought it was new, doesn’t accept returns & only offered to refund 50% of my money for a used/damaged watch. I had to get Ebay involved to get all my money back after he ghosted me. Thankful for Ebays 100% guarantee
