    We love this local history book which is in pristine condition! It has zero blemishes which makes it as described or better. For an out-of-print, difficult-to-find book it is a decent value. Shipping packaging was meticulous. In the future when I order from this seller again I will arrange for a local pickup and save the book from visiting two other states prior to it's final destination 45 miles away from origination!! :)
