The calls would break up, couldn't pair devices, etc. Called ebay and they tried to correct the problem. Give the a+ . Supplier sent me a replacement which claimed to be new. Came in a cardboard box, spent another $50.00 activated, phone was worse than the other. Contacted Metro PCs and spent hours trying to make the item work. I TOLD THEM THE ITEMS PICTURED WERE THE ITEMS I SAW AND PURCHASED.It has been weeks now and no attempt by seller to correct his mistake. BUYER BEWARE.
