It was not used. Buyer claimed used because not a completely full bottle. Buyer was rude and accused me of lying. As you can see, I was called rude and immature. Also, told I must have a miserable life in messages. I issued a partial refund and buyer snapped saying they didn't agree to that. So I issued a full refund and let them keep product. Would have lost even more money for return shipping. Buyer then left negative feedback.
