      I have used Brutfuner pencils in the past, & liked them, so getting a 520 color set was a no brainer. Upon receipt & inspection, I noticed that something wasn't right. The pencils weren't marked properly. I contacted the vendor who was apologetic & excellent about giving me a refund immediately. I'm impressed by his customer service, & would buy from him again.
