I reached out to the sender and after two attempts to reach them , they responded and offered a discount for the broken bowl. This is an acceptable resolution and appreciated. FedX is not a reliable provider of Erica’s for our area. And this is certainly not the sellers fault.

    The Tops for this Top Coat

    I have used this top coat for years, and went into panic mode when I couldn't find it any more. It took some time and none stop searching to find it again. Hazzah, I finally discovered the change in the name and I was off at a blistering pace to the nearest Sally's. Then I found it on line as well via the new name.
