Stamps were in paper envelopes, but should have been shipped in glassine envelopes, or ziplock bags to avoid possible water damage during shipping, as is what happened with this order. No response to communication. Seller sent two packets of bonus stamps. One was in a glassine, and was fine. The other was in a paper envelope, which sustained water damage as did the precanceled stamps.
