Luckily, I had a wood makings pen that I used to cover the damaged area. Otherwise, the product functions properly. The fit and sound are perfect. The seller describes it as open box and the description was accurate. All of the accessories and owners manual were included. As far as I’m concerned, this was an excellent purchase for a quality set of headphones at a deep discounted price.

FT1 is a headphone that performs very well in its price category, and this seller's price offered a great value. The item was cosmetically as if brand new, as promised. I did have trouble contacting the seller by message, but if you know that what you are ordering is what you want, this seems to be a good seller to buy from, and I can say from related experience that they refund promptly on returns as well.
