The clasps are missing, but there was no mention of this in the listing or pictures. Item was wrapped securely with bubble wrap, but the tape on the outside of the box was loose, barely holding the package closed when it arrived. I would recommend using a higher quality tape to prevent packages from opening. The actual item is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!
