    Ordered 2 different playaway audio books. Both arrived on February 13th and both worked. One sadly did not have a battery cover. I reached out to the seller and they responded on 2/17 stating they would look into it and send a replacement cover. I heard nothing and tried reaching out on 3/4. Again nothing. It's hard to find the playaways you want, so I plan on keeping them.
